STATEMENT IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19

Dear Customers,

It is the priority of Goodwine Coop to keep customers, employees, and vendors healthy and safe during these unprecedented times. We will remain open for the foreseeable future and ask that you follow the guidelines listed below:

  1. We currently prefer to do business over the phone, text, or email. Please consider this instead of visiting our office if possible.
    1. You can access your account information by clicking the Patron Access button on our website. If you need help setting up your account, call the office.
    1. There will be no checks available for pickup until further notice. ALL grain checks will be 1) mailed or 2) sent by Direct Deposit for the foreseeable future. If you would like to set up Direct Deposit for grain payments, call the office.
  2. If you do need to visit the office, please call ahead and make an appointment so we do not have large gatherings of people.

  3. Currently, we are still receiving and shipping grain. While at any of our facilities, please keep a safe distance from other customers and/or company employees.

We are continuing to monitor the COVID-19 situation, and its effect on our business as well as our customers’ and employees’ lives. It is our responsibility to be mindful of the risk that comes with public occupancy of our facilities.

We are updating our staff to follow CDC recommendations to keep a safe distance from others, follow good hygiene practices, sanitizing highly touched surfaces, and to stay at home if they are showing any symptoms of illness. We ask that you do the same.
