Fresh News Scarce

Good morning. Markets are little changed this morning with fresh news still scarce and outside markets mixed. The Dollar is firmer and crude is lower but equities are expected to be higher today. Japan bought 117,000 MT’s of U.S., Canadian, and Australian food wheat overnight.  South Korea is tendering for 165,000 MT’s of corn.  Heavy rains in the Paranagua Brazil area have halted corn exports from that port and have Asian feed mills looking toward Ukraine as a


Another Quiet Overnight Session

Corn trading a 4 cent range and beans a 7 cent range, so another quiet overnight session this week.  Quarterly stocks yesterday came in mostly as expected – it helps take some excitement out when stocks are higher and the market doesn’t hang on the report.  Weekly export sales: YC 29.5, SB 92.2, Wht 2.8.  Beans better than expected, wheat – why bother!  Wheat is catching a bit of support from yesterday’s reports but isn’t going anywhere as it has
